The Metropolitan Maryland Chapter of ARMA International (the chapter formerly known as ARMA Gaithersburg) will be celebrating Records and Information Management Month by holding its annual seminar on April 8, 2010. Speakers Bruce Baldwin, Bruce Schinkelwitz, and Cheryl Smith will present sessions on enterprise content management implementation, taxonomy and functional classification, and integrating records management into business processes using simplified “big bucket” retention schedules. Attendees will then have the opportunity to pose questions to the speakers at a panel session at the end of the day. Prizes and awards, including vendor giveaways, one-year ARMA memberships, and ARMA Bookstore gift certificates, will also be handed out.
