BOARD OF DIRECTORS DUTIES:

  • Represent membership interests in the affairs of the chapter.
     

  • Attend all regularly scheduled meetings of the Board.
     

  • Consult and act with the other directors of administration of the chapter under the leadership of the President.
     

  • As a Board, appoint officer vacancies.
     

  • Understand ARMA International’s "Code of Professional Responsibility" and be committed to fulfilling the obligations as a member of ARMA International and as a member of the Board of Directors.
