CRM Study Group

Please join us as we meet for our CRM Study Group on Thursday, October 8th at 6:30 p.m. at Panera, across from Ross Park Mall in the North Hills.  Chris Nettrour has attended previous CRM Workshops and has some study materials that would be helpful to others who are interested in studying for the CRM test or just wanting to study records management in general.

We will be reviewing the CRM test taking process and then going over questions and answers that are similar to those on each of the first five parts of the test.  We would like to meet once a month to study sample questions and also to share answers to case studies.  Chris has collected many case studies from various study materials.  Studying these is good preparation to answering the two case studies given in the last part of the test, part 6.  Part 6 is not a series of questions with multiple choice answers.  You must type your answer on a computer and then submit it.  You must also have good writing and composition skills to pass this part of the test.  We will be reviewing this, also.

If it is desired, we can meet more than once a month.  At every meeting we also go over goals and interests and get an review of the test taking process.
