Sponsoring Northern Virginia Chapter of ARMA

For the 2011-2012 program year the ARMA NOVA Chapter has simplified sponsorships to provide exceptional value for organizations marketing Records and Information Management (RIM) products, services and technology in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The Washington area RIM community includes vendors, integrators, consultants, and end users. The market includes the Federal government, local government, and commercial organizations.

About the ARMA NOVA Chapter

The ARMA NOVA Chapter increased chapter membership last year by 20%. The upcoming chapter year promises to continue this success and build on the renewed excitement generated by last year’s chapter programs. Consider the following facts:

ARMA NOVA has over 80 members and a database of interested individuals in the greater Washington area. Ten times every season, meeting invitations (with sponsorship information) and newsletters are sent to individuals on these lists.
Each issue of the ARMA NOVA newsletter, ARMA InNOVAtions, is E-mailed to members, posted on our website, and distributed at the annual ARMA Conference, local Chapter meetings, and at industry conferences and joint meetings with other professional organizations.
The ARMA NOVA web site (www.armamar.org/nova/) includes downloads of speaker presentations, meeting program schedules, newsletters, articles, resource links, and sponsor logos and links. The site receives hundreds of hits each year.
The ARMA NOVA Chapter does joint marketing with complementary organizations such as AIIM, expanding sponsorship exposure significantly.

Sponsorship Levels:

            Platinum - $1500

Includes table space for promotional brochures at our annual seminar, two attendees, 5-minute self introduction during lunch, all seminar advertising (web site logo/link on the seminar page as well as the home page), email mention, display of sponsor provided poster at the seminar site, company logo and link on chapter website and full-page ad in chapter newsletter for one year and free registration and recognition as a sponsor for two attendees at ARMA NOVA programs for one year.

            Gold - $1000

Includes table space for promotional brochures at our annual seminar, one attendee, 5-minute self introduction during lunch, all seminar advertising (web site logo/link on the seminar page as well as the home page), email mention, display of sponsor provided poster at the seminar site, company logo and link on chapter website and full-page ad in chapter newsletter for one year and free registration and recognition as a sponsor for one attendee at ARMA NOVA programs for one year.

         Silver - $500

Includes table space for promotional brochures at our annual seminar, one attendee, 5-minute self introduction during lunch, all seminar advertising (web site logo/link on the seminar page as well as the home page), email mention, sponsor provided poster at the seminar site, company logo and link on chapter website and half-page ad in chapter newsletter for one year.

      Bronze - $250

Includes one seminar attendee, 5-minute self introduction during lunch, all seminar advertising (web site logo/link on the seminar page as well as the home page), email mention, company logo and link on chapter website for one year.
