Morning Session Key Speaker: Bruce Miller, FAI. Mr. Miller will highlight a “12-step structured methodology” that can be used for developing and implementing recordkeeping systems but is also a useful guide for developing successful records and information management projects.

Afternoon Sessions: Susan Sullivan, CRM, and Don Rosen from the National Archives will discuss how they developed a plan to successfully manage shared drives as described in the recent NARA Bulletin.

Panel Discussion: Last session of the day will be an open panel discussion on the keys to success.
