FOUND: KEYS FOR RECORDS AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SUCCESS

Speakers: Bruce Miller, FAI. Mr. Miller will highlight a “12-step structured methodology” that can be used for
developing and implementing recordkeeping systems but is also a useful guide for developing successful records and
information management projects.
Susan Sullivan, CRM, and Don Rosen from the National Archives will discuss how they developed a plan to successfully manage shared
drives as described in the recent NARA Bulletin.
Robert J. Van Hooser, J.D. from Millican & Associates will talk about successful projects that have resulted in successful programs in
both the public and private sectors.
Panel Discussion: Last session of the day will be an open panel discussion on the keys to success.
