February Luncheon Meeting

The Diamond State Chapter cordially invites you to attend our February luncheon meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, in downtown Wilmington from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (note the change in time and venue).  We will meet at Morris James LLC, located at 500 Delaware Avenue, Suite 1500, Wilmington, DE 19801. Our speaker will be John Montaña of Montaña & Associates.

For those who will be driving to Wilmington, there is parking garage next to Morris James' office building. If you park in that garage, then Morris James can validate so that you will be able to park free.

Please note:  when you enter the building, you should check in with Security to let them know you are there for the ARMA meeting at Morris James (we will provide a list of attendees to Security prior to the meeting). The guard will then direct you to the elevators.

INFO XXX IS COMING IN MARCH!

On Wednesday, March 15, 2012, at the Christiana Hilton, the ARMA Diamond State Chapter will present our annual seminar, INFO XXX – RIM on the Edge. This year’s seminar will focus on issues and challenges presented by the social media and knowledge management.  Our morning sessions will focus on the impact of Social Media and how corporations, law firms, and other organizations can ride the wave. Our afternoon sessions will define the basics of KM programs for organizations, with a focus on the legal industry. What are the tools, techniques, and roles associated with Knowledge Management?

Molly DiBiancaMolly DiBianca is an Associate at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP, and maintains a legal practice consisting of equal parts litigation and client counseling. She has written a number of articles on Social Media and most recently contributed a chapter to Think Before You Click: Strategies for Managing Social Media in the Workplace, eBook Chapter, Thompson Publishing, Summer 2011.

Natalie AlesiNatalie Alesi is a Principle at JustEngage™. Natalie consults, trains, speaks and writes for businesses, professional service and law firms. A co-founder of JustEngage™, she is known for her work in the legal community for training, writing and presenting on technology, learning, and social media.

Chris SpizzirriChristopher J. Spizzirri, Associate of Morris James LLC, is a member of the Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation Group and works with all practice groups supporting their Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery) efforts.

Vincent CatanzaroVincent M. Catanzaro, Senior Counsel, Global Discovery Manager for E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company In his role, Vince is responsible for counseling DuPont on the best way to comply with evolving legal standards relating to discovery, guiding and supporting the legal teams in the development of e-discovery response strategies and the use of litigation technology and databases.

Lynn SimpsonLynn Simpson, DuPont Legal Knowledge Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, is responsible for maximizing the use of available tools and developing sustainable processes for getting “the right information to the right people at the right time.”
