Records are information assets and hold value for an
organization. Effective records management ensures that the information
needed is retrievable, authentic, and accurate.
ARMA International is a not-for-profit
association and the leading authority on managing records and
information – paper and electronic. Established in 1956, its members
include records managers, archivists, corporate librarians, imaging
specialists, legal professionals, IT managers, consultants and
educators, working in the United States, Canada and 30+ other countries.
This year the Diamond State Chapter of ARMA International is
celebrating its 25th anniversary. Our members meet monthly to network
and learn from a variety of experts on today's cutting-edge Records and
Information Management (RIM) topics.
The Institute of Certified Records
Managers (ICRM) is an international certifying organization of and
for professional records and information managers. The ICRM serves as
the official certifying body for ARMA International and the Nuclear
Information and Records Management Association. |
